The Bayou Beatdown Series is a monthly event that features the most popular competitive games around. It brings together both pro and amateur gamers to compete for glory and, of course, prize money. This event series rotates through fighting games, first-person shooters, sports games, and more. As always Bayou Beatdown will be livestreamed on

This month's Bayou Beatdown is all about fighting. Compete in Street Fighter V, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, and Super Smash Bros. Melee. Each game will have a pot bonus of $1,000 on top of the pool of entry fees, all of which go back to winners.

We will be looking for gamers to bring setups for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Melee. If you are the first of approximately 10 (for each game) to bring a viable setup, we'll refund $10 off your entry fee at the end of the tournaments (but if you get salty and leave early with your setup, no refund will be issued).

Free play setups are also welcome (though no discount will be provided), but please note that space will be limited. We'll have food vendors onsite all day so you won't go hungry (cash and credit accepted).

If you have any questions, please refer to our Facebook page or email
